At VTFM we offer two career development tracks:
Management track: Shift Leader → Deputy Supervisor → Supervisor

Deputy GM → GM
Professional & Technical track: Technician → Senior Technician
→ Assistant Engineer → Engineer→ Assistant Senior Engineer
→ Senior Engineer → Assistant Chief Engineer → Chief Engineer
New Employee Orientation
Each new employee is provided with training as to the skills required to perform their duties; corporate culture; EHS etc.
Continuous training
Internal and external trainings are provided to employees to build their language, professional and management skills
Diplomas education
Vital Group set up Vital College. Employees are encouraged to continue their studies for an associates, bachelors, masters and/or doctorate degree. Vital also joined forces with Jiangxi University of Science and Technology to further the studies of exceptional employees.
